Early Bird Arena Membership Prices October 1 - October 31 of each year

 

Single Annual: $236.25 - After Oct. 31: $273.00

 

Family Annual: $378.00 - After Oct. 31: $414.75

 

Single Monthly: $105

 

Single Family Monthly: $136.50

 

Guest Riders $20 per person, per day. Must ride accompanied by a member.

 

Waivers must be signed by you and the member each time you ride.

  

 

Pre Paid entries accepted only for clinics ands stalls.  Both are confirmed, first come first paid.

Call the AG office to pay for stalls 2 weeks in advance.

Cheque, Cash, Debit Card, Visa, and Master Card


CLINICS

  1. The Ag. Society puts on all clinics in the arena.

  2. All instructors must provide us with a current copy of their liability insurance.

  3. All clinics and stalls must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to events, or they will be cancelled – no exceptions.

  4. First in and paid for confirms your registration or stall.

  5. If you cannot make it to the clinic that you paid for, it is your responsibility to find yourself a replacement.


BARN STALLS

All stalls will be paid to the Ag. Office only, unless it is an after hours emergency.

If there is an after hours emergency where a stall is needed,

then contact Krista at 780-594-5737

Payment is due 2 weeks prior to all events. Stalls are available on a first come first serve basis, which include, but are not limited to;

All Clinics, Penning Jackpots & Horse Shows. Where ever you stay on our property the fee is $20 per horse, per night.


Registration for any clinic or barn stall will be considered confirmed only when the Ag. Society has received payment to the office. Payment to the office reserves your spot, along with your filled out registration forms.

 


Registration Forms and Waivers:

must be filled out and signed prior to each Clinic and each Horse Show.

Email, drop them off or fax them to the Ag. office.

 


Arena Rentals


1. Booking Fee - $100.00
2. Damage Deposit - $100.00
3. Cleaning Deposit - $100.00
4. 24hr rental full day rate - $200.00 + gst for Non-Profit Groups, $400.00 for Profit Groups
5. 4hr minimum @ $25.00 per hr (non-profit rates) + gst 4hr minimum @$50.00 per hr (for profit rates). More than 4 hours is considered a full day rate $400.00 + gst (for profit rate).
6. Extra heat settings - contact office for rates.
Note: Damage & cleaning deposit is refunded after event is done, the arena must be left in the same condition it was found in for a full refund. Booking fee is applied as a credit on the final invoice.
